“Invite friends” raffle terms

1. Organiser

The organiser of the monthly “Invite friends” raffle is Andreas Rozmus e.K., Suppligator, c/o Postflex #8834, Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany (“Suppligator”), email info@suppligator.de. Suppligator alone is responsible for providing the prizes.

The raffle is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta or Instagram. Apple and Google are not sponsors of and are not affiliated with this giveaway. More Nutrition and ESN are not organisers.

2. Participation

• Natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany or Austria and have an approved Suppligator account may take part.
• Excluded are Suppligator and everyone involved in organising the raffle; team and test accounts are technically excluded.
• No purchase is necessary. Participation is free.

3. How you get tickets

1. Your personal invitation link is in your account.
2. If someone signs up via your link and we approve the new account, you receive 1 ticket for the current calendar month.
3. A maximum of 10 invitations count per calendar week (Monday to Sunday). Further invitations in the same week do not earn a ticket.
4. Each invited person counts only once. Invitations to yourself and fake or multiple accounts do not count.

Tickets are only valid for the draw of the respective month and expire afterwards.

4. Period

Each entry period is one calendar month. What counts is the time at which we approve the invited account, not the time of registration. The month is determined by Coordinated Universal Time (UTC); an approval on the 1st of a month between 00:00 and 01:00 (winter time) or 02:00 (summer time) German time therefore still counts for the previous month.

5. Prizes

• Every month we raffle 2 vouchers worth €100 each. Winners choose between ESN and More Nutrition for each voucher.
• Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred. The vouchers are subject to the terms of the respective shop.
• Each person can win at most one voucher per month.

6. Draw

The draw takes place automatically on the 1st of the following month. We draw 2 different winners at random from all participants. Each ticket counts once: the more tickets you have, the higher your chance of winning.

7. Notification

• We notify winners by email to the address of their account.
• To receive the prize, you reply and tell us which shop you choose and that you are at least 18 years old (we may ask for proof). We send you the voucher code by email.
• If you do not reply within 14 days of notification, the prize is forfeited and we draw again.
• We do not name winners publicly.

8. Exclusion

We may exclude people and withdraw prizes, even retrospectively, if they violate these terms or the Terms of Use, create fake or multiple accounts, invite themselves or manipulate the raffle in any other way. Tickets from such invitations expire.

9. Data protection

• For the raffle we process your account and display name, the number of your tickets per month, whom you invited and, if you win, your email address and the details you provide for the prize handover.
• The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (running the raffle); for statutory retention Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• We store tickets as long as your account exists. We keep the winner list for 1 year after the draw; where winner data forms part of accounting records, for 8 years (§ 147 German Fiscal Code).

10. Miscellaneous

We may change, suspend or end the raffle for good cause, e.g. technical problems, legal reasons or suspected manipulation. Tickets already earned in the current month will still be drawn, unless this is not possible for legal reasons. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
