Designer Bar “Cinnamon Cereal”

– A crisp, melt-in-the-mouth coating of creamy white chocolate with tiny pieces of cinnamon cereal for that first, slightly sweet flavour note.
– The main component is a doughy, fudgy centre with buttery, cinnamon-spiced and vanilla flavours, reminiscent of cinnamon stars.
– The liquid centre, the most intense component, offers a sweet explosion of flavour with notes of cinnamon and a hint of light nougat cream, which linger deliciously on the tongue.
– Overall, an absolute standout combination, reminiscent of ‘Zotter Nougat-Cinnamon Cream’, blending classic cinnamon roll notes with a hint of wintry cinnamon star in white cinnamon crisp chocolate.

– Initially, a sweet and spicy, biscuit-like flavour of cinnamon and gentle caramel.
– Underlying this is a subtle hint of clove, cardamom and just the slightest hint of nutty notes.
– The rather fluffy powder contains speculoos biscuit chunks, which provide aromatic highlights and a delicate crunch.
– Overall, a Christmassy, sweet and spicy flavour reminiscent of a combination of speculoos (particularly thanks to the chunks), caramel/Lotus and the spiced dough of cinnamon stars.
– Compared to the previous version, orange zest has been omitted; the cloves and cardamom are significantly milder and more harmoniously balanced, and caramel syrup has also been added.
– Particularly recommended in warm desserts, oatcakes or even in baking to add a touch of Christmas flair.
