– Small banana chips additionally pick up the aroma, while roasted cashews, walnuts and soy crispies provide nutty nuances and crunchy accents
– The gentle sweetness from date paste and honey stays rather subtle in the background, while a spicy touch of nutmeg and especially ginger partly overlays the flavour profile
– Especially the ginger lingers somewhat bitingly on the tongue in the aftertaste and takes away some of the typical "banana bread" flair
– Overall a rather less sweet energy/protein snack with a solid base, whose aroma interplay is however dominated a bit too strongly by the spicy part - New

– Sweet apple combined with a slightly spicy, pleasantly restrained cinnamon note forms the coherent base taste at roughly a 3:1 ratio
– In the undertone you notice the slightly nutty oats as well as – with aromatic peaks when biting in – dried apple pieces, roasted almonds and cashews and subtly the sweetness of the raisins
– Supported by date and honey notes, an authentic apple-cinnamon flair with a pleasantly natural character develops in the aftertaste
– Overall a comparatively sweet, absolutely successful protein and energy snack with a very harmonious interplay of components
