The eternal dilemma: We love grilled and baked foods, but as nutrition-conscious people, we don’t want to consume too much fat. Do you want to grill, fry, and bake with as little fat as possible? With our cooking spray, you can do all of that—without having to worry too much about calories. One spray of the oil contains just two calories 1 and can be used in a variety of ways. The ultra-fine spray nozzle on our cooking spray allows you to prepare food with virtually no fat.

– An intensely fruity lemon aroma that isn't unpleasantly tart, combined with a "mellowing, neutral" undertone that lends the flavor a smoothness.
– A summery culinary oil spray, especially recommended for marinades for fish, meat (and meat alternatives), and salads (and salad dressings) to add a burst of freshness, but also as an aromatic touch—for example, on croutons or oven-baked chickpea snacks
