How we rate supplements – independent, transparent, with fixed criteria.
How we test
We buy every product ourselves, taste it several times and rate it against four fixed criteria, combined with our community votes. No manufacturer pays us for a better score.
The four rating criteria

| Taste & texture | 40 % | Sweetness, texture, aftertaste – against the flavor description |
| Price per kg of protein | 25 % | Unit price instead of pack price, so products are truly comparable |
| Ingredients & nutrition | 25 % | Protein content, sugar, sweeteners, additives, allergens |
| Availability & trust | 10 % | Stock, price stability, manufacturer transparency |
The rating scale
We give scores from 0 to 10 (equivalent to 1–5 stars): 9–10 outstanding, 7–8.9 very good, 5–6.9 solid, below 5 with weaknesses. Every score carries a test date – recipes change, and we document such changes.
