– Creamy-fluffy consistency even when prepared with water.
– Plain, it tastes slightly milky-creamy, otherwise unobtrusive and without a protein taste.
– Highly recommended for cold and warm desserts as well as dessert creams in any flavour by adding a Chunky of your choice.

– Moderate, rather dark and slightly bitter chocolatey-cocoa note.
– Aroma rather subtle in intensity and not very sweet.
– Same creamy-fluffy consistency as the neutral version.
– When warm, slightly reminiscent of a classic, cooked "Dr. Oetker chocolate pudding".
– Recommended for lovers of gentle chocolate flavours or in combination with a Chunky such as Ultra Dark Chocolate for an absolute chocolate dream.
