– Slightly bitter-nutty notes of classic wholegrain oats and psyllium husk.
– In the aftertaste, after a short while, a very mild sweetness, similar to bread chewed in the mouth for a while.
– Consistency after letting it stand covered for 5 minutes: mushy-slightly sloppy with still fairly compact oats; after 10 minutes: an almost set, sticky-creamy mass.
– With a slightly longer soaking time and refined with Chunky and toppings, highly recommended as a genuinely filling meal (and also as overnight oats) with top nutritional values.

Suppligator 9.5 / 10 Suppligator Rating – What does our community say?

– Tested with 220 ml hot water
– Base of sweet apple aroma and subtly nutty oats with a light but continuously cinnamony note alongside
– A few apple chunks, tender after mixing, provide aromatic-sweet, authentic highlights
– Reminiscent of a mix of apple compote or apple strudel with cinnamon and the classic porridge taste
– Compared to the former Foodist Porridge Apple Cinnamon, fruitier and a bit sweeter
– Overall comes across as rather sweet, slightly wintry-fruity, with the familiar plus of satiety from psyllium husk powder and glucomannan
– Highly recommended – especially with aroma-emphasising toppings like caramelised apple and cinnamon

Suppligator 9 / 10 Suppligator Rating – What does our community say?

(Prepared with 200 ml hot water)
– Flavour base of not-too-sweet, slightly tart mixed berries; primarily raspberry/blueberry
– Small blueberry, raspberry and strawberry fruit pieces provide aromatic peaks and a pleasant chew
– The classic nutty porridge note resonates only rather in the background, but softens the generally already only mild sweetness
– In the aftertaste a slightly tart berry mix remains on the tongue
– Overall a somewhat sweet-tart unbalanced creation, yet a successful change from previous varieties with a summery flair and the familiar extra satiety from psyllium husk powder and glucomannan
– Recommended for lovers of forest-fruit aromas, or sweetened a little for fans of sweet fruit meals with toppings of choice

Suppligator 8.5 / 10 Suppligator Rating – What does our community say?

(Prepared with 180 ml hot water)
– Foreground, continuous but rather faint, mild light-chocolate taste combined with a minimally nutty, classic porridge note
– A few small cocoa nibs sporadically bring bitter-aromatic peaks to the otherwise rather low-intensity base
– Sweet highlights arise mainly from a few softening banana pieces, but overall they too rather fade
– Similar to the "Milk Chocolate" porridge with an additional fruit component
– Overall a low-aroma but not-too-sweet taste experience with room for your own adjustments, such as additional dark cocoa powder and banana topping; here too with the familiar plus of satiety from psyllium husk powder and glucomannan
– Recommended for lovers of the combination of gentle cocoa-chocolate aromas and sweet banana

Suppligator 8 / 10 Suppligator Rating – What does our community say?

– Tested with 220 ml hot water
– Foreground, continuous, rather sweet-mild cocoa-y but only very faintly chocolatey taste – combined with a minimally nutty, classic "porridge note"
– A few small cocoa nibs and bark-chocolate pieces sporadically set bitter-aromatic peaks within the otherwise rather low-intensity base
– Compared to the More Grießpudding Chocolate less sweet, similar in terms of the cocoa-chocolate note; here too with psyllium husk powder and glucomannan for satiety
– Overall a not-too-sweet but also rather only moderately aromatic taste experience
